A to Z of tasks to Outsource to a Virtual Assistant.

Don’t hamper your business growth by wasting your resources performing the daily essential non-money making tasks. Outsource. Consider my A to Z of tasks below and add to the list.

The first thing you need to do is sit down and make a list of all the things you do in your business on a day to day basis. Track your work for a month to have a good picture of what a day in the life of your business looks like. Then look at the tasks you are performing which take you away from doing your core business activity.  If you realise that you are leaving things out due to being so swamped, or simply because you dread doing them, add those things in as well.

A Virtual Assistant can free up your time and help you to become more productive, which also as a bonus enables you to make more money.

I have performed every one of my A to Z of tasks on behalf of my clients:

A – Adding Tags and Images to blog posts

B – Bookkeeping

C – Client support

D – Data Entry

E – Email Management

F – File Management (DropBox/Google Drive)

G – Goal Setting/Commitment

H – Hotel and Flight Booking

I – Invoicing

J – Join and participate in forums and Facebook/LinkedIn groups on your behalf

K – Keyword Research

L – Launching products

M – Marketing

N – Newsletters

O – Online Research

P – PowerPoint Presentations

Q – Quantify Google Analytics

R – Reschedule appointments

S – Social Media Management

T – Typing (copy-typing – or taking minutes and audio typing)

U – Upload product descriptions and photos to your website

V – Visuals for Social Media posts

W – Writing Blogs

X – Cross off all of those little tasks from your to-do list – ambiguous I know but it’s X!

Y – Yearly tasks ~ Sending Christmas or Birthday cards to colleagues or clients’

Z – Zero in on your competitors & industry by performing research

Of course there are many more tasks that you can and will be able to outsource. My A to Z of tasks just gives a basic overview of the back office non-essential things you may well be doing everyday. As a business owner myself I know the daily task list can stretch to infinity and beyond.

Allow a  Virtual Assistant  to help lessen the times you wake up in the wee small hours remembering something you didn’t get around to doing. You’ll be amazed at the amount of time you can free-up which will also enable you to have a peaceful night’s sleep; you’ll know those tasks are taken care of.
